This was originally posted on my main diary at 11:03am today…

100 Facts About Myself:

1. I absolutely love to learn, whether it be in a classroom or by some other means; I love to be enlightened. It is a lot of fun. I believe that learning and knowledge is truly power. Ignorance is not bliss.

2. My favorite Bible passage is: “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.”– 1 Corinthians 13:4-7, The New International Version.

3. I believe firmly that love is love, end of story. It does not matter who falls in love with whom. You cannot conquer love, ever. And yes, I am a romantic!

4. I consider myself to be very sensitive. I do take things personally. I cry if something upsets me, or even if a movie or television show makes me cry. I have no problems with it. I love a good cry, because it is therapeutic. I don’t think crying is wrong and I don’t think it makes me weak.

5. My favorite quote from a William Shakespeare play is: “Be not afraid of greatness. Some are born great, some achieve greatness, and some have greatness thrust upon ‘em.” — Malvolio, Twelfth Night, 2.5.139.

6. I am named after Ashley Abbott from the Young and the Restless. I did not find this out until I was twenty years old.

7. I was born and raised a Roman Catholic. I do not consider myself this as an adult. I do believe in some form of a God. My beliefs as an adult are far more spiritual than religious. I appreciate a wide range of beliefs in various religions. I will say this though, when I look up at the night sky at night, I am overcome by emotion.

8. I believe that my favorite television shows, movies, and books say a lot about me.

9. Taking a shower usually can make me feel better.

10. The first movie I ever saw in theatres (or rather, can recall seeing) was Jurassic Park. I hid behind a movie theatre chair. It is now number 4 on my top favorite movies of all time.

11. Friendship means a great deal to me. I care a great deal about the friendships I do have. If you look at my favorite shows and movies (the television shows mainly), you will notice that most of them have a great friendship between two or more of the characters.

12. In terms of my political beliefs, I am very liberal. If I have conservative beliefs, they are mostly fiscal. I voted for Obama in 2008.

13. I have a great enthusiasm for quotations. I like collecting them, reading them, using them all the time.

14. I am an Anglophile. I have a great attraction to all things England and British related. I typically write my dates in the scientific/British form and use British spelling for some words.

15. As of the current date, I would like to name my children the following: Kyle Anakin, William George, Kimberly Hermione, and Elizabeth Kiara. Most of the names I’ve chosen are for fictional characters who I like and I like their names.

16. I consider myself Pro-Choice, even though I’m slightly on the fence about abortion. I believe a woman’s body is her’s and she can do what she chooses. Of course, I also do not like the act of killing another living thing.

17. I wear glasses for myopia. I cannot see distances that well. But I’ve taken to wearing them more often as I’ve aged.

18. In late 2008/early 2009, I was diagnosed with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. It can be a struggle, but I have learnt to deal with the disorder.

19. I also have trichotillomania, which means I compulsively pull my hair out. I do it a lot in times of great stress.

20. My favourite British writers excluding William Shakespeare are J.K. Rowling and Jane Austen.

21. My favourite novel by J.K. Rowling is Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. When I finished reading it, I wept hard. It was the first time I ever remember doing that with a book.

22. My favourite Jane Austen is Persuasion. I read it for my Women’s Literature course, and fell in love. The letter to Anne from Captain Wentworth moved me deeply. I read the rest of her novels in about a 2 week span.

23. The favourite directors are: Kevin Smith, George Lucus, James Cameron, Steven Spielberg, Steve Loter, Trey Parker and Robert Emmerich.

24. As a teenager in September 2002, I adopted the manifesto of “If someone cannot accept you for who and what you are, then they should just fuck off, simple as that.” It’s not that big a deal as I’ve grown up, I still view it important.

25. One of my most prized possessions is my autographed script of the Kim Possible episode, “A Very Possible Christmas.”

26. Embarrassing Tidbit: I was born by C-Section because I would not come out.

27. I have cried watching several series finales of shows. I have cried at the finales of Kim Possible (both versions), The Golden Girls, Boy Meets World, Even Stevens, Death Note, Guiding Light and Scrubs. There may be more.

28. I have seen every episode of the following completed shows: Doogie Howser, M.D., The Golden Girls, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (and every series through Power Rangers In Space), Commander-In-Chief, Space Cases, Kim Possible. Strangers With Candy. The list goes on.

29. I believe that aliens could possibly exist elsewhere in the universe. The thought sometimes scares me.

30. I think fighting for what you believe in is very admirable.

31. I am a dork, a nerd, and a dork.

32. I am relatively happy with who I am.

33. I especially have great enthusiasm for my favourite shows and love to talk about them.

34. I believe that The Lion King, Kim Possible, South Park, Dogma, Harry Potter, and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers have made a huge impact on my life in some form or the other.

35. I love to both laugh and cry. They both make me feel good. I sometimes do them at the same time.

36. When I actually thought about it, it made perfect sense that I have OCD.

37. I find the treasure trail on a man to be extremely hot. There’s something about that patch of hair that makes me get all bothered like that.

38. As a kid, after seeing the Bachae episode, Girls Just Wanna Have Fun of Xena: Warrior Princess, I was obsessed with vampires. Even now, I will admit that I find vampires to be erotic, enigmatic, and sexy. But I don’t care for Twilight.

39. I am an only child. But, there will be a couple of people I consider spiritual siblings (in the sense that I am so close to them, I consider them friend and sibling).

40. My favourite food is rice. It’s actually why I like sushi.

41. I have never met my biological father and I never plan too. That man may have given me life, but he is not my father.

42. I consider myself a feminist. I do not hate men. Sometimes I dislike the things they do. But I do not hate them.

43. I actually love men a lot.

44. In terms of my sexuality, I would say I’m bicurious. I have yet to have experience intercourse so it’s all conjecture.

45. I have very good memory. I remember things very easily. I remember stuff all the way back to my 3rd year of life. It certainly helps with knowing trivia about my favourite show. Seriously, ask me about South Park.

46. I often say I’m shy, but I actually love hearing myself talk. I like to talk a lot. It’s probably why blog entries are so long.

47. I love to receive physical mail. I love going to mail and looking in the box and finding something for me.

48. I have a ton of fictional crushes. Here are couple: Captain Wentworth from Persuasion, Special Agent Seeley Booth from Bones, Kyle Broflovski from South Park, Elizabeth Swann from Pirates of the Caribbean, Dr. Lance Sweets from Bones, and Stephen Colbert from The Colbert Report. There probably are more.

49. Yes, I do crush on the actual man, Stephen Colbert.

50. My favourite composer for films is John Williams. I think he’s brilliant. Also, Hans Zimmer and Harry Gregson-Williams.

51. In high school, I was into theatre a great deal. I even played non-essential characters in a few plays. “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown” and Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night. It was interesting.

52. APSCA commercials can make me cry.

53. I agree with the remark said by Kyle Broflovski in the South Park episode Cartoon Wars Part 2: “Either it’s all okay or none of it is.” You should be able to talk freely about everything. This is probably why I love South Park so much.

54. That and discussing important real-life events. And because it makes me laugh. And for a ton of other reasons.

55. I call the bad part of my OCD, OCD-Cartman. That part of OCD is manipulative and mean and makes me feel bad like that character does to the characters on South Park. The good part of my OCD is called OCD-Kyle, wherein, I obsessively do my school work and things like that.

56. If I could have any name in the world, it’d be Elizabeth. I like the name. It sounds regal.

57. I am right-handed. But I wear my watch on my right arm.

58. I often will have extremely polarizing viewpoints on a certain thing. I feel very strongly on one of those A versus B things.

59. I still love the Backstreet Boys.

60. I have overcome depression.

61. I like to ship fictional characters and real people. Straight, gay, lesbian pairings. It doesn’t matter. I am partial to gay men pairings, though.

62. Yes, I’m absolutely for gay marriage.

63. I am a great dog lover. Dog movies often make me cry.

64. My favourite dog breed is the dachshund.

65. Psychology is my first love.

66. Media studies are my second love. I believe media is so important to our everyday lives and it would be naïve to think otherwise.

67. I don’t care for the term cartoons to describe animation. I think it’s derogatory. That doesn’t mean I don’t use it sometimes.

68. I started this diary/blog on Diaryland on 25 January 2002 at the age of 14.

69. I was born 26 October 1987, and my astrological sign is a Scorpio.

71. I like even numbers and the number five.

72. I believe in reproductive responsibility. I am against large families and for using contraception.

73. I hate Apple vs. PC commercials. I find them offensive and mean.

74. I don’t have a catchphrase. I will, however, say a certain word a lot for a short period of time and then kind of move on.

75. I consider it a personal affront if you say something negative about Psychology.

76. I have about a 1.5 inch scar on my right foot from an accident involving the bottom of a rusted iron chair. 10 stitches.

77. When I get angry at technology, I sometimes contemplate going without it. But then I realize that I’m not suited for the Amish life.

78. I sometimes wonder what it’d be like to be a stand up comedian.

79. I have been wearing glasses since February 2001.

80. I used to hate Harry Potter. Then I read the books. Been a fan since February/March 2001.

81. Usually, I discover my favourite shows by accident. This is how it happened with Kim Possible, Bones, Scrubs.

82. If possible, with some exceptions, I will usually watch a television show or a DVD with closed captioning. I am not deaf. I’ve been doing this since I was about 9.

83. My favourite stand up comedians are Jim Gaffigan, Gabriel Iglesias, Jeff Dunham, and Brian Regan.

84. I often feel like I am the only person who doesn’t either HATE or LOVE Dane Cook.

85. Whether because of OCD or perfectionism, I do edit entries (remove things, add things, fix it up, that sort of thing) after I post them. How much depends on the situation. Sometimes OCD causes me to completely freak out about certain things that have been posted on the blog.

86. I link to my Twitter and Facebook pages on my blog, but do not link to this site on either site.

87. My favourite sodas are Dr. Pepper and most Coca-Cola products.

89. I knew my best friend Alex for about two years before we actually became best friends.

90. I am a big animal lover. I despise animal cruelty. I do wish that the penalties for animal cruelty were the same as for humans. Somebody who kills a dog should get the same sentence as someone who kills a human.

91. I am not a vegetarian. I do eat meat. I will not eat lamb, veal, other baby animal foods, and animals like dog, cat, horse, dolphin, or whale. Part of this was because of the episode Fun With Veal of South Park and personal choice/beliefs.

92. I didn’t join Facebook until 2009. I fell in love immediately.

93. I love to write fan fiction. And writing in general.

94. My full name is Ashley Marie Winkler. I am not related to Henry Winkler, AKA the Fonz.

95. I have wide interests in music. From The Beatles, the Backstreet Boys, Lady Gaga, Bad Religion, The Offspring, and so on.

96. I cried when Estelle Getty of The Golden Girls died. I also cried a lot when Steve Irwin died.

97. Stories of dogs that were loyal to their dead owners make me cry. Just loyalty of dogs in general really makes me cry.

98. Imaginationland of South Park, A Sitch In Time of Kim Possible, and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix of Harry Potter were dealmakers for me as a fan.

99. On 15 May 2010 I will graduate college with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.

100. I have yet to have a major romantic relationship.

This was originally posted on my main diary at 7:25pm today…

Hey! How are you today? I am doing okay, but I could be better.

Today will be the last time I post an entry on WordPress for a while. I’m kind of sick of it already. I will keep that site up and maybe post every so often, just in case. ;)

You know, if you look at my earlier years of writing in my blog, I did not write as faithfully as I did. I missed days sometimes for various reasons. Now, I try to have an entry everyday.

It’s funny, my review of Sexual Healing was posted with giving it a 9/10 and I think at some point before posting it when I was away from the computer, I had thought, 8.5. But now that’s it’s posted, that 9 is my official rating for the episode. But, of course, my viewpoints on episodes change with time. I mean, that episode I thought was OMG BEST EVER, 10/10 might be an 8 a few months later.

When I opened my Brit Lit paper yesterday afternoon, I had two full pages, and four lines on the third page. When I finished, I was more than halfway through the fourth page.

When I first got my haircut, I worried that the haircut was too short and that my head was too fat/too big to pull it off. I like that I can have curly or straight hair if I want to. I do wonder how much of my curly hair can be caused just by me trying with my hands to curly it up. Heh.

I did some of that checking to make sure entries were in my word documents for the Blog Archive Project. I did it from January 2006 to June 2007. I almost included a longer discussion about a meme that I did (actually, 4 years ago TODAY), but I nixed it because I found it. Basically the meme has me saying that wouldn’t write rape, but that I was relatively sure that I had written stuff that could be construed as such in some way (even statutory rape) even before that date, after that date, and I’m sure it is plausible that I could write stuff like that in the future.

Also, I love how in the same meme I forgot the name of the writer for Catcher in the Rye which is hilarious, because I’m sure J.D. Salinger would be very happy about that.

Yesterday, tried calling Alex twice between 7:30 and 8:10 my time and didn’t get an answer, so I gave up. Ah well. I can talk to her later.

This video is so cute, because of the wittle doggie in it. Click for the video.

I like how Colbert tries to be stern with the dog, but can’t because the dog is so damn cute. And he wears a Snuggie, I think! Hehe.

I had plans to post up the About Me Revamp TODAY but alas, other stuff caused all of my plans to basically be shelved for today. Like, all of them. Hence, my later than usual entry.

When I post that, it will also be posted on WordPress.

Yesterday, Kat and Gavin decided to stay over last night with us, from about 6:30 or so on. Then, this morning Kat got a call from her brother, Tommy pick up Whitney from school over a trifling of a dress code issue. Seriously, she had on a mini-skirt WITH black leggings, and apparently that was BAD. It was effing ridiculous. I went with them to Calallen to like, surprise Whitney and to hang out for a bit. Something like that.

We picked Whitney up, her dad gave her permission to skip out the rest of the day because he was pissed at the school, we stopped by her house to allow her to change and get some stuff. Then we went over to the bayfront. We played at a small park that had swings that wasn’t too far from the Memorial Coliseum which has not been demolished yet. They were supposed to it was delayed last week. Pissed me the hell off. Anyways, we also went over to Cole Park and Kids Place Unlimited. I used to go to Kids Place when I was a little kid. In fact, the last time I went to play there was probably about 10 years ago, the summer of 2000, I think. It’s still as awesome. Gavin had so much fun. After that, we got some Frosties at Wendy’s, went to Taco Bell to get something for my grandma, and then came home.

Whitney and I hung out in my room and watch Sexual Healing and 2012.

Around 4 or 5, a family friend and two of her grandchildren came over for a bit. Sandra was the lady, the grandchildren were like junior year of high school and middle school aged kids. My grandma told me that Sandra took me home from the hospital, apparently that’s important or something. Grandma also made a comment after they left that made me want to say, “I will slap you.” She was like, “she helped hide you from your father.” Or something. I don’t think I actually reacted, but still. I kinda wish she would STFU about this “father” of mine. I found it very offensive.

Whitney, Kat, and Gavin left about 6 to take Whitney back to her house, and then Gavin and Kat back to my aunt’s house where they’re staying.

I did find myself annoyed after several hours of trying to keep a small child from fucking up my room and touching my shit. They ended up playing with my fucking yellow Counseling Center stress balls which worried me because they might see the number of the TAMUCC Counseling Center on there. Grandma got mad at me because I was getting visibly more like… agitated that I could not be solitary like I typically like. When I don’t have that time to myself, I get upset, and feel bad.

I was hoping on studying today and working on more of the Brit Lit paper. I will try today, but I doubt that it’ll happen. Considering how late it is.

This was originally posted on my main diary at 2:08pm today…

Hey! How are you today? I am doing all right.

One of my other reasons for not using green font yesterday (though, I kinda felt not important enough to mention) was that when I didn’t know if I’d be able to keep the font colour when I put the entry on wordpress. I mean, on 16 March, a video I had embedded didn’t show up there (I liked to it there). I suppose it counts under the two reasons I gave. I simply didn’t feel like doing it, finding the HTML for it, or I wasn’t sure if it’d work on WP. All really lame reasons now that you think about it. I actually slightly freaked about it. I mean, it was relatively minor, but it did bug me. I worry a little bit too much about being honest. I apologise anyway.

Yesterday, I did study my History and Systems textbook for a bit and I also read chapter 12 of my Health Psych textbook. And in the afternoon of that day, I did read about 23 pages of the 52 pages of book that we have to read for Brit Lit.

Yestyerday, in terms of going through the Blog Archive Project Docs, I actually found little to no problems in terms of all the entries being there. I went through 2005 and had to force myself to stop there, because I became compelled to go further, but I was like, hey, don’t worry, just enjoy your evening!

Scrubs, Our Thanks aired last night at 7. It wasn’t too bad. And I kind of watched in such a way, as I did not give it my complete attention. I watched it, but I didn’t stare at the TV the entire time. But, it was good. Cole decided he wants to become a Surgeon and was actually serious about it. And that’s because of his Skin Cancer scare! He shadowed Turk who wasn’t all too happy, and Cox gave him this good speech about how you mentor the ones who NEED help. You don’t choose them, or whatnot. I love Cox. He also referenced J.D. in that speech but without saying his name! Yes! In addition, Turk says “daughters” at one point. I guess the child that Carla was carrying at the end of season 8… was a girl. Sorry, Turk, I guess you won’t get boys. Of course, who knows what else happens to these characters.

I am hoping this episode is the last of the entire series, because of reasons I’ve stated before. Lucy’s plot involved basically was involving thanking the family of Ben (he donated his body to science, and they used him as his cadaver, she met him on her first day of med school), and that was all right. Denise and Drew had this great plot that involved her wanting them to move in or get married or something. She tore a HOLE in the wall separating their rooms! It was great. My favourite line was when Drew was like, “I’m in love with a sociopath,” something like that. And, I thought of Kyle and Cartman. Yes. Like, Drew would be Kyle, Denise would be Cartman. God I love shipping them. Overall, I liked it.

Yesterday evening, I actually favourited a video on Youtube about a girl with OCD on Inside Edition, and then unfavourited it because it was posted on my Wall on Facebook (and removed the video when it was posted on my Wall, like shortly after I favourited it). I was worried that somebody who doesn’t know about my having the disorder would deduce that from the video being favourited. This was especially worrying because my cousin Kat had commented on my hair on FB around the same time. And then stopped the whole YouTube-Facebook connection. I mean, if I want to share a video on my Wall, I can use the Links app. Plus, like the videos wouldn’t always be posted that quickly after I favourited. And then like within ten minutes to 9, I refavourited it, because I felt bad. The things that I deal with because of OCD. It’s very interesting though.

So, here’s a picture taken about eight pm last night. Yep. My hair has been dried naturally with some help from a towel. Yes, I still want the Kyle hair, lol.

Now onto episode 196 of South Park: Sexual Healing. Here’s the Wikipedia link for Sexual Healing, if you wanna check it out. I’ll simply do it my way, because I like it. And, if you wanna watch it online: the link at SouthParkStudios. Watching it that way, though is prime way to get a shit load of spoilers because they’re goddamned clips get more specific. But, I suppose since they are socially sanctioned (for lack of a better word) because they are being done by the people who do the show and whatnot, it’s all right.

So, I turned off my computer about 8:52pm, and got ready. Get ready for my crazy long review, though I’ll try to keep this pretty concise or something.

So, there’s a new opening. Bear in mind, when I say that, the music is the same, they just got rid of the boys popping into the screen to sing with four boxes of previous scenes there, and whatnot. Now, it’s like, the boys sing, but IT’S INTEGRATED into previous episode clips. And it looks so fucking rad. And I had been thinking, “Are they gonna do something new? It’s been the same for about two years now.” Or something.

So the episode begins on a very nice house with a pool and the location title thing:
“Windermere, Florida
Thanksgiving – 2009 2:15am” in all caps.

And Tiger Woods and his wife, Elin whateverherfullname are having a domestic dispute. Yelling at each other, her with a golf club, breaking dishes, name calling, that kind of thing. He calls her “Stupid Swedish cow.” For some reason, that’s funny, because Elin in the episode is shown as kind of heavyset. Then they reenact the whole him crashing his car. Also, he has a Florida license plate on his car! Yes, the orange on it! And then it turns out, Kenny and Cartman… are playing a video game! Yes! Kyle and Stan are watching this… Kyle says, “Wow, I didn’t know golf games were this cool.” And Cartman is like, “Yeah, EA Sports outdid themselves this time.” Yay, Product placement. Though, I’m sure they weren’t paid for that reference. But, who knows.

The next scene has the CDC (yes, that CDC) discussing the whole plot point of successful men having sex with lots of women. Somebody needs to introduce them to a little thing called EVOLUTIONARY PSYCHOLOGY. I’m certain that the fact that they’re rich and successful and could be good providers to any children these women have has NOTHING to do with this, at all. [/sarcasm] I was really disappointed that this scene failed to mention that sex addiction is somewhat related to Obsessive-Compulsive. I was like, SAY IT. These people at the CDC decide on screenings on sex addiction for school kids.

This involves showing a naughty picture to everyone’s favourite fourth graders. There is a man and a woman in the picture (you don’t see anything above below the beginning line of the breasts) in the act. Apparently the woman who is completely naked… is holding a hankerchief. And the kids have to answer what colour this hankerchief is. It’s yellow. And guess who didn’t know what colour it was or “what hankerchief?”

It is Kenny, a very hesitant Kyle, and Butters who for the entire scene WON’T SHUT THE FUCK UP about the lady’s pubic hair. My reaction to Kyle’s hand raise? I let out this kind of…. Joyful scream or something? And the doctor guy pulls the three out of class, and tells them they are sex addicts. Kenny doesn’t care at all, of course. Kyle is distressed. Butters, well, he’s OBSESSED with the pubic hair. Kyle asks what happens to them. The guy explains in very pessimistic terms (I thought). He mentions auto-erotic asphyxiation, and explains it. Yes, to these kids.

The next scene involves the CDC saying at a press conference how high the rate of males who failed their test in schools as they age and Kyle watching it on his TV hugging a pillow looking sad. That scene made me want to give him a hug and tell he’ll be all right. And then Kenny is found dead by his mom in a Batman costume (it looks kinda Adam West-y) having done auto-erotic asphyxiation. It’s funny, because in Major Boobage two seasons before, he was trying to choke himself to get high at some point.

And then a funeral scene with everyone all dressed nice. Kyle has a new suit! A navy blue suit with gold buttons. FANCY. He’s like Colbert in his Brooks Brothers, only much younger. Butters wants to trim down an actual bush so it looks like what he saw. Kyle tries to get him to calm down. Kyle even slaps him! Yes! But it’s really sad, because they worry that they’ll end up like Kenny. Poor Bubby.

After the commercial, there is a scene with the Tiger vs Elin game. Stan and Cartman are playing at Stan’s house. Love it. Stan’s Elin. LOL.

Then the scene at the Sex Addict Therapy House place. Yaay! And Kyle and Butters have joined the group with a bunch of celebrities including Charlie Sheen, Letterman, Former President Clinton. Butters has his named confused for Bummers for the rest of the episode by people who don’t know him. Aww. And Kyle hasn’t told his mum yet. Awww! *hugs* Clinton’s all like, “Does your mom have big tits?” Clinton also looks a LOT different then the last time he appeared which was like, Red Badge of Gayness waaaaay back in 1999. And Butters is all thinking about pubic hair on women in such a way that seems a tad OCD to me, which is fine by me. You know how I love that.

The worse scene in the entire episode involves a monkey humping other monkeys. I felt they eye-raped me.

Apparently the Sex Addict Place came up with the idea of avoid CAUGHT as to stop their behaviours. Mr. Kyle Broflovski does not take kindly to this. He’s like, we have to take responsibility for our actions. He makes a comment about how sex addiction isn’t really a disease, which when you consider the fact that the DSM has not added it as of yet, it’s not. It leads the teacher/therapist of the group to call someone and say, “We’ve got a turd in the punchbowl!”

All through that scene, Butters is making a little Bonsai tree or something. He’s just sitting next to Kyle, making a tree. LOL.

OBAMA!!! Obama and Michelle are in the episode. Obama got blacker. Like in About Last Night… he was a light brown. Now he’s actually black. He and the scientists discuss the problem and conclude that sex addiction is the fault of aliens at Independence Hall. Obama is like, “Independence Hall… Independence Day… Aliens.” Yes, he did word association or something! He references Roswell! YES!

Commercial! Then, Tiger gives his apology speech, his wife comes they fight, and it turns out to be Stan and Cartman playing that game. Seriously, I want that game. Damnit. Stan finally realises Kyle is off somewhere else, though. “Is Kyle still at sex addiction therapy? That must be really intense.”

Cut to all the sex addict men on a plane going to Independence Hall! Apparently there actually is an alien hiding out in Independence Hall. A WIZARD ALIEN. And there’s a lone guy who is simply like, Dudes, given the same situation, we’d all do that. YES. Of course, they get rid of him. This whole section of the episode has the biggest What The Fuck moment I may have ever seen. Kyle and Butters come to Independence Hall and Kyle and Obama are seriously feet from each other. FINALLY. Kyle has met Obama! He’s now met the last three Presidents! Kyle is simply like, “I just think I’d rather control it instead blame it on anything.” I agree. I can learn from this kid. Then Obama and others, give Kyle and Butters guns. THEY GAVE THEM GUNS. You do realise these are children. And the guns are so big.

The alien wizard apparently is the same guy who was gotten rid of shortly before Kyle and Butters entered the scene… but with a giant Alien head and a wizard hat on his head. They kill it. And apparently, everything is hunky dory. PLUS, SEXUAL HEALING plays. Not by Marvin Gaye it seems. By the way, near the end of the episode, Obama’s skin colouring went back to the way it was in About Last Night… at least I thought.

And Kyle and Butters got medals!! And Butters finally saw bush and referred to the labia as “Joker lips.” (he said he paid someone to show them) And then a scene where Tiger Woods is giving another speech and the news caption says “Woods: I am returning to golf in 3 weeks.” In all caps. THEY WORKED IN THE MOST RECENT NEWS ABOUT HIM. YES. CONGRATS, MATT AND TREY. And apparently Stan and Cartman are still playing the game, and they give it up. Because it’s boring.

Overall, I really enjoyed it. I especially like that my favourite character had a huge part. It was enjoyable. I was very happy to watch it. I will give it a 9/10. (Also, yeah, this wasn’t concise at all!)

I ended up deciding to only post the review on my blog (and wordpress, which is also my blog). Simply because I didn’t want to have to post the same thing on both Facebook and my RS.net ask me thread. Plus, I didn’t want my OCD references to be on Facebook. And, yeah, I could make it so that certain people can’t see the post, I just don’t want to have to go through all that work, when I could simply post in one or two places.

Regarding Ugly Americans, I think its okay. I watched most of it. I think it could be great, especially if it’s about that main guy who seems to be a social worker/therapist guy for the ugly Americans.

Also, even though South Park disappointed me by not referencing to OCD, Colbert made me very happy.

It’s right at the beginning of the clip. Like, the first 12 seconds. “It’s like Uncle Sam has OCD. Gotta lick every doorknob.”

You wanna know something? I actually reconnected the YouTube – Facebook connection thing about 1:44 ish today. Yeah, I think I learnt something from that episode that I should be learning and should have learned. I need to stop hiding because of this disorder. If someone figures it out based on a YouTube video that should be all right; there should be nothing wrong with that. I also need to stop using it as a reason not to live my life normally. Otherwise I won’t have control over my life.

I read my Anthro assigned readings and do the topic reviews over about two hours. I wanted to get it done before posting today. Yay!

I’d like to finish my Brit Lit assignment today. I may write some of my Brit Lit paper. I seriously need to get some of that done. There’s a bit of stuff I could do, I still have a bit of stuff listed on my to-do list. I’d like to cross some of that shit off. I also plan to call Alex later today, as she told me to.

BTW, I didn’t know the guy’s name who said today’s quote so I just went vague when I wrote that down, lol. I’m sure it’s somewhere online.

Have a nice day!

This was originally posted on my main diary at 12:44pm today…

Happy Saint Patrick’s Day! How are you today? I am doing all right.

In 2007 and 2009, I did a green font colour for the entire blog entry on this date, but I decided not to. Mostly because I don’t feel like it, or I’m too lazy to find out what the HTML for doing that is.

Correction: Yesterday I referred to DNS as Domain Name Service; it’s actually Domain Name System. Sorry about it.

I’m still debating about the WordPress/Diaryland thing. I do like that I can have comments on WordPress. I mean, I can have them on Diaryland and I actually considered them for a LONG time. I’m actually unsure of how long I thought about it. I remember thinking about them like, maybe in 2009 or 2008. But, I never got around to it, and I ultimately was like, “You know, if people want to comment, they have plenty of ways to comment.” As of right now, I’ll probably just keep posting on both sites. And if in a short period of time, I get tired of doing it on WordPress or something, I’ll just stop.

I mean, Diaryland has actually been stable since I first logged on this morning about 7:30/8 am. I mean, it still had some issues during the 9 pm hour last night, but that’s probably the DNS stuff. I’ll be nice and say I’ll be happy with it if it’s working just as well tomorrow.

This morning around late 9 am hour/early 10 am hour, I got a haircut! If you look at the info of the photos, it’s still pre-Daylight Savings Time change, so it’s off by an hour, but who cares. Also, I did the date on the photos in month day year form. Here is some of the first couple of photos.

Also, with some mousse and wet-slightly dry hair with some curls.

Basically, my hair is CRAZY SHORT. And I now have bangs, but only if I want to. Like, they’re short enough to be bangs, but long enough to do other things with. :)

I’d take more pictures, because my hair is slightly different style at the moment, but I am recharging the rechargable batteries at the moment.

I watched disc 2 yesterday afternoon. That was fun. I love South Park season 13. Pinewood Derby was originally a cooler episode that would have been like an hour long episode. I loved what Trey called the episode, “Too big for its britches.” LOL. The original idea involved dinosaurs dying because of guns and them wanting to get rid of guns and then an alien holds them up with a gun. But, apparently, the Simpsons did it. Fuckers. Awesome as hell though. And apparently, their original idea for the ending of Fatbeard involved Cartman saying something about the season and then all the like, celebs or something coming in during that final scene.

It was announced yesterday that Tiger Woods IS BACK. He’ll be playing in the Masters Golf Tournament on 8 April. I love this, mostly because of how inconsiderate Tiger is. Dude, South Park is making an episode about you. They might have to work this into the episode! (BTW, I’m kinda joking). But, whatever, this is awesome. South Park gets to motherfucking topical today. I mean, the new episode airs at 9 pm CDT for me.

I also did some cursory research (I.E. Wikipedia) on Sex addiction because of Sexual Healing. It’s not in the DSM yet, it’s apparently like OCD. Maybe like, that sex addiction is like, OCD and the sexual disorders section had a baby, and that’s the baby. Yeah, I try to find some way to relate mental disorders to OCD. Anyways, yeah. That’s cool to me, because of my crazy wish that South Park do an episode about OCD.

I forgot to mention this or something. But, like recently (within the last few weeks) my uncle got rid of the old computer desk in his room for the computer in this room for a new one that’s smaller and compact. This old computer desk was in there since like, 2000. I literally remember being in my blue pajamas (a button down shirt and matching shorts) helping him put that together in the garage at like, 11 o’clock at night.

I listened to some Cartyle songs last night before I called Alex, and like, Bad Romance by Lady Gaga is totally fucking a Cartyle song. Good God. I’m seriously craving just a little bit of Cartyle and Style in tonight’s episode. I just want a little bit of it. Or a lot. Honest to God, it would be fine wither way.

I do wonder this… in regards to Sexual Healing tonight… who amongst the boys will be the ones mentioned in the press release, who “are diagnosed as sex addicts.” My money’s on Kenny. I’d laugh if Stan is just for wanting to hug and kiss Wendy, and then turns to Kyle or something. Anything can happen tonight!!

Alex and I talked on the phone (well Skype for me, phone for her) for almost an hour last night, which was cool. We had a shitload of laughs from reading Not Always Right. Seriously, that site is funny. Also, when I mishear stuff she says, it’s always damn funny. Example that she posted on Twitter, and I retweeted and will reproduce here:
Me: What’s that NIN song you recommended?
Alex: The Perfect Drug.
Me (totally serious): The Perfect Rug?

Oh me. LOL. Also, she and I have been great/best friends for just over two years now. And, I knew her somewhat for about two years before that, by the way. Isn’t that funny? I knew my best friend for two years before we became best friends. I’m glad to have her in my life.

During the 9 o’clock hour last night, I watched Whale Whores and The F Word on DVD with commentary. The first one was six minutes or so of Trey Parker and Matt Stone discussing the show Whale Wars (they mentioned the documentary The Cove). Also, I wondered to myself if the Captain guy shown in the Deadliest Catch vs. Whale Wars ships scene was Phil Harris who died within the last few months. I mean, DC has a lot of captains. I did check the Wikipedia page for the episode, and it’s not the same guy. It’s a different guy. In addition, the cows in this episode look MUCH better than the cows that you saw in say, the beginning of the series. My only complaint about the commentary… they didn’t talk about Poker Face! The F Word commentary mentions how GLAAD got pissed at them and whatnot.

After the Daily Show and the Colbert Report, I finished up the season, and was done by almost midnight. Dances With Smurfs mention how they considered it to be Token vs. Cartman at one point in the commentary. They talked about Glenn Beck, of course. And, apparently they did the commentary for it, a couple of days after the episode. With Pee they BEAT THAT. Seriously. The commentary for that episode was done on 16 November, like two days before the episode premiered. Um… yeah, that’s not cool to me. I mean, it kinda is, because they had the same ending prepared that appeared in the show, and they mentioned it, but I wanted them to say something about like, I dunno. LOL. I just think commentaries should be done after something has been released, especially for the people who do it.

But, hey, it’s a great season. And I’m so ready for tonight.

Also, I totally went through my 2002 documents for the blog archive project to check if I had them all. Looks like I had them all. I’ll probably do some of that rechecking and work on school work today, like reading textbooks or studying. I literally did no school related stuff yesterday. I’d like to do some of my paper for Brit Lit but I dunno yet. I might. I also might study History and Systems. I haven’t actually studied yet, and I should.

It’s kinda funny to think about that way over in the Los Angeles area, somewhere in an office building, wherever South Park Studios is, they are basically putting the last touches on this episode, probably as I type this. Of course, who knows, they might have finished early. I just love that. I’m so ready for 9 pm tonight. And I plan to wear my hair kinda curly. I’d love to show if I can do the Jewfro look. Though I still think my hair is too long to do that. I freakin’ look forward to this new episode.

This will be my season starts my third full season as a big fan. Unless you’d like to count Season 11 Fall as a part of a season.

Anyways, I better head out. Have a great day.

Thought/Quote of the day: “We’re gonna dig up Kyle’s dead grandma.”
“Yeah, fatass, we’re gonna dig up… DIG UP KYLE’S DEAD GRANDMA?!”
– Stan Marsh and Kyle Broflovski, South Park, Season 3: Korn’s Groovy Pirate Ghost Mystery

Word of the day: median

I don’t really expect any new people to be reading this blog, so I won’t be posting an about me page for a bit. If you are new, then I guess you’ll be trying to figure out about me for a while. ;)

This was originally posted on my main diary at 1:44pm today…

Hello friends! How are you today? I am doing all right.

I went ahead and created a WordPress account. I have no idea what I’m thinking about this at the moment. I may maintain both, and post entries there. Or I might just have it as a backup, which could be cool. I actually think I might maintain both, but WordPress would be a backup. I mean, the fact that I have 4375 entries here (this is the 4375th) means I don’t want to leave. I love Diaryland. Starting over would be scary. So, basically, WordPress will be an addition/replacement to the blog that’s more meant to be a backup.

What was really helpful was that I got to commiserate with other Diaryland members. Myself and aryssa90 were on Facebook like, being sad together about the problem, so that was helpful. I just kinda wish that Diaryland was run by more than one person, and more successfully. Or at least by more than one person, who was an expert. But, not like, 9000 people. The fact the guy personally emails you if you email him, says a lot. You don’t see fuckin’ Steve Jobs emailing you when you email iTunes tech support. Also, I kinda wish they had a Twitter and a Facebook. I certainly hope it never dies. I mean, it’s been with my life for so long. 8 years, and I’m 22, that’s a third of my life. It’s a long time. Of course, Diaryland has been around since 1999, and I’m sure there are people out there that have been around for that long.

Andrew (the guy who runs Diaryland), explains here. I mean, it’s not a great explanation, but I can get it. They basically had some issues with the DNS (Domain Name Service)… it’s up for renewal every year round this time (I checked online), and it takes a bit for it to go through everyone’s ISP, so the site is iffy for a while, which is fucking annoying. I’ve had issues since yesterday. It’s funny, it’ll work on I.E., but not AOL. And then not work. It’s easily solved with deleting your browser history and restarting, or repairing your internet connection.

My relatives from Mississippi won’t be coming to our house. Their four year old apparently has like, the flu or something. Poor kid. Kat is also like, debating about staying all the time she was planning. I think it sounded good in theory to separate her and her son from Beach and spend time with her family.

I’ll be posting the About Me Revamp sometime this week. I have almost one hundred items. I might just ignore the last few and just kinda go through and do it that way. I haven’t decided. And I’ve been working on it for several months now. That will also go up on WordPress.

I took some photos on 14 March and I wanted to share them, it’s mostly to show my hair in comparison when I get it cut.

And with side swept emo style hair.

I love how I look all emo and mopey. It’s amusing.

Also, those are my crappy older glasses.

I’m also wearing my hair down a bit. Because of the fact that I’ll be cutting it soon. I suppose

Last night I listened to Sexual Healing by Marvin Gaye… to prepare for the episode of South Park with the same name. That song is just makes you want to come. Or fuck. I still love that the episode is called that. I love South Park episode titles. I can’t fucking wait for this season to start!

Funny thing… Comedy Central has a little box that’ll appear during their shows, and one of them is for this episode and is referred to as “Pulling A Tiger.” It’s all in caps, so yeah.

They have ANOTHER clip from Sexual Healing. I’m both happy and sad that they’re doing it, mostly because, I feel like their just kinda showin’ too much, but whatever.

Oh Lord. Tiger Woods, David Letterman, and Bill Clinton? Paris Hilton would say “Loves it,” right?

I got my Season 13 Boxset of South Park. I actually have 207 DVDs. I apparently forgot about season 12 in my list, lol. Yeah. It probably happened when I was trying to retrieve all my lost stuff in my hard drive crash in January. Oh well. It took us the 9 am hour because: mum went to the bank and the post office, we went to the closest WalMart near my house. They didn’t have it. They had the Blu-Ray, but not the DVD. I did get some deodorant, though. The other one, on the actual SPID, did have it, thankfully.

Also, it was raining too, so imagine me, wearing a white South Park shirt IN FLIP FLOPS. It’s funny now, but at the time sucked.

The DVD? Well, the episodes are in BEAUTIFUL widescreen, so I totally was like, HOLY SHIT! I mean, with my tv it looks great, but of course, there are black bars at the top and bottom, but they aren’t like crazy big. Anyways, I love it so far. According to the audio commentary for The Coon, the original ending involved someone dressed as Mysterion doing what he does in the episode, but you cut to the jail, and it’s KYLE. And then apparently Mysterion shows up and is like, “Why did you do that?” And Kyle is like, and this is Trey’s exact (or near-exact) quote “Because I know who you are. And you have to keep doing what you’re doing.” When I heard that my thought was… why wasn’t that the actual ending. That would have been the best ending ever.

I’ve only watched the first disc so far. Margaritaville commentary track was 7 minutes long. Ish. YES. That’s amazing. That’s a third of the show! Also, the shot of the people giving speeches and junk in the outdoor mall, apparently was longest shot in the show until Dances With Smurfs

The other two are pretty good episodes. Trey apparently wanted to have Eat, Pray, Queef nominated for the Emmy. Here’s the thing. If you ignore everything except for the song at the end and Sharon’s speech, it is Emmy material. Fishsticks is pretty brilliant, and I can’t remember much from the commentary of that one.

Now, disc 1 also has some extra features. They have an Xbox thing where you get to see them make Ungroundable and visit South Park Studios. Done by Xbox. My best friend had told me about it a while back. Also, DELETED SCENES. And there are SEVEN: The Coon has one, Fishsticks has one, Pinewood Derby has two, Fatbeard has one, Dead Celebrities has one, and Dances With Smurfs has one.

My favourite one. From The Coon and it’s just like the thing I mention a few paragraphs above, though slightly different. The ending basically is, Cartman driving on his tricycle, you cut to a jail, and it being closed for the night. Police dude says “Good night, Mysterion.” And Kyle is dressed in his normal clothes in a cell and says, “Good night.” Mysterion then is in the scene. They have the following conversation:
Mysterion: “Why did you do that Kyle?”
Kyle: “Well you had asked for help.”
Mysterion: “I didn’t mean you should dress up and pretend to be me to take the fall.”
Kyle: “It’s all right. I’ll be out of here in a few days.”
Mysterion goes to leave, and Kyle asks who he is. Mysterion puts the mask above his eyes, and you STILL DON’T KNOW. Kyle simply says, “I don’t believe it.” Or something like that.

So, it’s either… Kyle himself and it’s a mindfuck, or it’s Stan. Or it’s Clyde, which I think was my last guess, if I remember. I’m not sure. And Trey and Matt seem to not know themselves, or they don’t care. I love how much it matters to me. Nerd!

Fatbeard’s deleted scene involves Kyle and Cartman and they’re both reading books about Somalia. And Kyle at one point (he’s trying to get Cartman to GTFO to Somalia) says “I care about you.” OH, MY HEART. SHIPPING <3.

Dead Celebrities involved the boys starting to dig up Michael Jackson’s body to prove to the Michael in Ike at the moment that he’s dead. Um. Wow. That’s crossing a line (which Stan says), and I LOVE IT.

I’m off to watch more South Park season 12 on DVD. Maybe do some other things. Have a good day.

Thought/Quote of the day: “He doesn’t get cake?
“No cake for the impurity.”

Word of the day: century
